HBS Group-Côte d’Ivoire  recrute pour une entreprise internationale de relation client à distance : GROUP HUMAN RESOURCES GENERAL MANAGER (Code : 7152) Poste basé en Afrique de l’Ouest ROLE :

To direct, manage and lead the Company Human Resources function through:

• Procurement and retention of world-class human resources capital.
• Development and nurturing of the skill base to ensure sustainable profitable growth in the business
• Ensuring that the HR strategy is fully aligned with business strategy at Group Level as well as OPCO levels in a manner that empowers functional management to directly manage their own employees in line with the standards, policies, processes and systems as set down by the Company Group HR.
• Development, implementation and maintenance of international safety, health and environmental standards.
• Thinking and ensuring strategic organizational development.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Formal Education & Certifications Master Degree in Law and/or Psychology MBA HR International certification will be highly appreciated. Knowledge & Experience Minimum twelve (12) years of experience in a senior-level HR position, within the Telecom Industry or Service Industry for companies which have high standards in delivering customer services in a wide scale. Ability to motivate multicultural teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes. and execution. Experience in strategic planning and execution.
