THE USAID-FUNDED JUSTICE SECTOR SUPPORT PROGRAM IN CÔTE D’IVOIRE (PROJUSTICE) recruits REPORTING OFFICER (part-time consultancy)  – Côte d’Ivoire JOB CODE: CDI-10.XX  The USAID-funded Justice Sector Support Program in Côte d’Ivoire (ProJustice) project seeks to fill the position of Reporting Officer. This position will be filled in as a part-time, local consultancy.  Under the close supervision of the Chief of Party (COP), the Consultant will draft all project reports and tables for submission to USAID. S/he will assist the COP in the correct collection, coherent organization, and presentation of all relevant project performance data with clarity.  Duties: In particular, the Consultant will participate in the following duties as requested by the COP:  Draft quarterly and annual reports, as well as any required thematic reports. Prepare project’s briefing materials and success stories. Produce reporting tools and templates. Provide guidance and train the technical project team at regular intervals on the nature of information required from them for preparing relevant reports. Perform any other related tasks assigned by the COP.  Qualifications: University degree, preferably from an English-speaking country; At least 3 years of relevant experience in reporting; Experience working with USAID contractors highly preferred; English native speaker is a mandatory requirement.  Submission of applications: Please submit resume and cover letter (in English only) toRHumaines@projustice-ci.com referencing the above job title in the subject line.
