With its head office in Abidjan, Maersk Liner business has established a strong and expanding presence in the area with an expectation for continued growth and development in the future.
  We are looking for a candidate to join as San Pedro Landside Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will provide good support to sales, customer service and logistics & brokerage. 
  Reporting to the Maersk Liner Ivory Coast Landside Operations manager, you will be accountable for the container and cargo handling material, quality of reporting in RKEM and specifically maintain a strong local focus on availability of container to cover export requirement.

  In this place, you will handle landside operations for San Pedro and while liaising with internal and external stakeholders, manage cost and encourage innovative ways of working for improvement.
  Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure optimal level of container to meet customer requirement.
  • Ensure optimal level of cargo handling material to meet customer demands;
  • Ensure sufficient seals and release process of release;
  • Ensure the quality and timely container upgrade to meet customer requirement;
  • Share in due time all reports(daily, weekly ,monthly and annual) related to landside operations;
  • Organize and coordinate surveyors activities on depots;
  • Ensure accurate and timely RKEM system reporting;
  • Check and validate all invoices related to landside operation;
  • Coordinate and monitor local imbalance of empties;
  • Coordinate yards activities;
  • Ensure all equipment SOPs are in force in San Pedro.
