MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall strategy of the company. Its role will be to increase the "top line" by developing the REVPAR, but also the turnover in Food &Beverage, MICE, and other departments.
He will be an experienced operational manager, and will be able to maximize the profitability of the establishment by improving his GOI.
In addition to the financial results, the Manager will be attentive and care about the quality of the service offered to the customers and will be vigilant as to the quality of the Novotel product. An improvement in the RPS result will guarantee the success of the hotel.
The GM will be responsible for the accompaniment and development of its heads of departments and all staff. He will set up a close coaching to his employees and develop a performance monitoring system that will improve the satisfaction and level of commitment of his employees.
The GM will be fluent in communication and will have excellent interpersonal skills in order to be able to dialogue freely with the owner of the institution.
