        THE CONTEXT OF ROLE
        The massive growth in the adoption rates of mobile technologies such as stand-alone devices (smartphone, cars, etc.), connected and smart things, and machine-to-machine is profoundly modifying society, consumer’s behavior and businesses around the world.
        There’s a strong demand for access to these technologies, not to show up but rather to ensuring profitability, accessing to their ability to deeply improve the way we manage our lives and how companies operate their business. It means mobile technologies are providing significant and positive impact on every industry: Increase productivity and profitability, enable new approach to businesses strategies and processes, and improve service value.

        ABOUT THE COMPANY
        HADWIGER is a technology provider with expertise in software and application development, connected devices and hardware customization to get businesses to taking advantage of wireless technologies and simulate their profitability.
        We leverage technologies such RFID, NFC, M2M, IoT components, and are involved in the design, development and Integration of necessary building blocks to drive innovative solutions for telecom vertical markets: Healthcare, Insurance, Transport, Banking, Agriculture, and Energy.

        JOB PURPOSE
        HADWIGER is seeking a suitably qualified engineer to manage and build long-term relationships with key vertical telecommunications industry. This is a hands-on role which will encompass technical marketing, business development and technical project management.

        KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
        1) MARKETING ASSISTANCE
        • Assist in the step-by-step company’s sales process to a powerful, effective client attraction and project acquisition
        • Lead educational direct response marketing on a defined target market based on the company’s strategy
        • Marketing claims backup management, customer testimonials and references material building we use into sales processes that highlight HADWIGER specifics results delivered
        • Assist in customers and prospects capturing, tracking and communicating
        • Lead branding package the company use for client acquisition and sales process: website, newsletter, business cards, t-shirt, proposals and other collaterals
        2) BUSINESS DEVELOPEMENT
        • Assist the business development engineer in client presentation, project negotiation, project estimation and end-to-end project management
        • Lead sales process action relation with customers: invitation to lunch, breakfast, dinner, events, etc.
        • Prepare step-by-step HADWIGER sales process for each customer, and conduct effectiveness of the implementation
        In this scope, you will:
        • Serve as technical liaison between customers and development team during the project management
        • Involve in Tender/RFQ/RFP processing and proposal
        • Actively source for new technologies and innovative solutions
        • Perform technical presentations, product demonstrations as well as conducting technical training and product training to all users
        3) REFERENCING ENGINE PROCESS AND EVENT
        • Ability to represent the company at referencing and positioning points onto the market: meeting with CEO club, associations, chamber of commerce, NGO, Forum, charity foundation, etc.
        • Assist marketing team to event participation and arrangement: conference, promotion, workshop, seminaries, forums, etc.
        JOB REQUIREMENTS
        • Bachelors or master in Business/Management/Computer Science management or equivalent from high business school, with strong academic record and 6 – 12 months’ years’ experience in computer science or marketing industry
        • Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems
        • Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks
        • Experience with Visio, MS Project and SharePoint, desired
        • Strong verbal and written communications skills is a must
        • Must be customer service driven with an upbeat and outgoing personality
        • Ability to work off hours depending on project and customer requests
        • As an asset, technologies knowledge such:
          • WEB, Programming and UI technologies, scripting C, Java, HTML, JQuery,
          • Mobile technologies and network understanding: M2M, IOT and Big Data
        • Good social, communication and presentation skills
        • Flexible and able to work autonomously
        • Fluent in written and spoken English and French
        Salary: depending on the profile + 100% transport card
