EMIRATES  is recruiting  SENIOR SALES SUPPORT ASSISTANT - Abidjan - 1500022O Job Purpose Assist the Sales Team to create and maintain the Customer Records, requests, client complaints etc. Support and co-ordinate in compiling routine and/or ad-hoc reports on potential and existing clients to ensure that teams functions efficiently. To independently ensure and supervise efficient filing systems in the Sales Office. Co-ordinate and support Sales team in the selling and marketing of all products through efficient handling of direct mail and Tele- sales, answering to queries. Qualifications & Experience  High school level of education or equivalent  4 years experience in Sales & Travel related field. Adequate command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of people (staff and external customers). Must have the right to live & work in Ivory Coast.
