QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
French and English fluency
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree [business degree] & approximate over 6 years’ experience within FMCG [Preference, with both sales & (trade marketing) & brand experience].
Experience/Key Skills
- Interpersonal effectiveness, including strong influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Thrives in a fast paced, results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines
- Knowledge and experience in customer engagement, account management, change management, training design and facilitation | Previous experience in managing target-driven sales teams with high commercial acumen
- Organized, self-driven, inspirational leader & structured way of work approach.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. BUSINESS RESULTS
- Manage the smooth implementation of all learning & development initiatives for Commercial teams [DIAGEO way of selling & DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT]
- Deliver business results [volume & value targets] through creation & execution of sales capability plans.
- Embed standards of excellence frameworks, e.g. account & distributor management platforms (e.g. JUBP, generating insight, sales and supply integration, value creation).
- Collaborate with the market leads & commercial teams to ensure a healthy talent pipeline through supporting career, learning path & recruitment processes effectively.
- Keep abreast of the changing/dynamic commercial environment and sharing best practices- local initiatives versus global best practice.
2. PEOPLE RESULTS
- Drive induction of New Hires & continuous development of all commercial employees, to ensure new joiners get up-skilled early to facilitate their integration, their success & connection with Diageo.
- Regularly assess and diagnose individual and teams gaps across the commercial teams, distributor teams to promote effective, targeted and cost efficient learning and development solutions that meet requirement.Train the trainer & coach the coach, support sales managers to behave manage and lead their teams in the right way
- Ensure all the commercial teams have clear priorities for capability build identified and action plans against them.
- Ensure that all training materials required exists & trainings are timely delivered, within agreed timeframes.
- Timely evaluation and feedback on the effectiveness & efficiency of all development programs.
